If anyone believes that the project KTM Zero Emission was destined to fail as a result, he was wrong: from Mattighofen, in fact, reach the first teaser for an electric bike declined in as many as two variations.
The first, already glimpsed in the prototype Zero Emission, is The KTM Enduro Freeride, while the second is an absolute novelty in respect of the Austrian brand: it is in fact a version with wheels road named, of course, KTM Supermoto Freeride .
conceptually similar to the Zero Motorcycles X versions produced in America (enduro) and S (motard) or DS (dual sport) the new KTM should provide benefits in line with those of a normal 125 2t for 45 minutes, .
there is only the beginning of this kind of technology, especially within the motorcycle, and it is difficult – having also spaces available – expect something more for the moment: in fact a bit ‘all manufacturers, including Honda, pay attention to this new trend and are sure that KTM will not be the only one to go this route in the near future.
