The American Honda Motor Company announced today that the new model of super-tourer 2012 GL1800 Gold Wing will be sold in advance of the plans in the U.S., and then arrive at dealerships in May this year. From the pictures released by Honda and the statement sent you can see that the Gold Wing model year 2012 is an evolution of the current model-known, widely recognized as one of the best super-tourer on the market.
To further extend the tourist capacity, the way has been improved in the equipment electronically. The Gold Wing will then have an innovative satellite navigation system programmable and accessible online via computer, to share routes with friends and other bikers. Also renewed the sound system board, which incorporates the new Gold Wing MP3/iPod interface designed for the new surround sound system SRS CS Auto .
From the photos, we will also note that the appearance of the GL1800 has been renovated and now appears more slender and streamlined. In particular, the side benches were redesigned hull, to blend the look with the latest dictates of Honda design and to further increase the wind protection of the driver and passenger. We see in fact that the sides of the hull is slightly wider. Were also redesigned the side cases, to increase the carrying capacity and has been revised suspension set-up .
